Blackberries are valued for their rich, intense flavor, high content of vitamin C and antioxidants, as well as their juicy texture, which makes them ideal for fresh consumption and processing.
The black jewel of domestic production
The blackberry plantation covers over 1 hectare and consists of the Loch Ness variety. The fruits are large (weighing over 7 g), with excellent firmness, a glossy black color, and outstanding flavor. To further enhance fruit quality, the installation of rain cap systems as well as cooling and misting systems is planned.
